Eclectic Furnishings
When my wife and I got together and we combined our households, I had very little furniture. I moved into her house that she had been living in for years, and her house was fully furnished. Most of her furniture is comprised of family heirlooms (the “polite” way of saying “hand-me-downs.”) Some of her furniture had actually come with the house that she bought, left behind by the previous owners. And some of her furniture she had bought over the years as she needed it. Some she bought new, and some she bought used. You could say our house is very “eclectic” in style!
