Real Estate in Dallas Texas

Of all the places for my nephew and his new wife to be relocating to they had to pick Texas. So now they are busy looking for Dallas Homes for Sale and utilizing the Internet for all that it is worth. Moving has never been an easy task and moving somewhere long distance is just a nightmare, thank goodness for the World Wide Web. There are tons of Dallas Real Estate options out there, weeding through all of them is time consuming but at least they can do that task online instead of having to make numerous trips in order to find the perfect match.

At least a good portion of the move is being paid for by his employer and he has a good paying job waiting for him to start at. They won’t know a soul in Texas, but they are good people and youth is on their side, so I’m sure it will work out just fine. In the mean time they are being kept busy Googling “Dallas Homes For Sale” and seeing all that Dallas has to offer folks in their shoes. In a few years I’ll make the time to take a trip out there and see how they are making out.

Hot Summer Days

Filed under: Business, Fun, Hobbies, Internet, Shopping, Sports, Technology and Gadgets, Travel — Copa @ 4:51 pm

The word is that there are still Myrtle Beach vacation deals available for what is left of the summer season. A lot of school systems are starting school earlier and earlier which cuts out a good amount of vacation time for families. When I went to school, it always started the day after Labor Day, which of course is always in September. But I’m hearing from various friends and family members that most schools are opening in August. One friend’s kid started school yesterday, for goodness sake, it is only the first full week of August. The others that I’ve spoken with are starting August 22nd and the 23rd. I think that is so wrong, but nothing I can do about it at this point.

Anyway if I was to be planning a beach trip I’d being using the Internet to find the best Myrtle Beach hotel that might have accommodations still available. Being an avid golfer I’d certainly be looking for a place that could help with a good golf package to get my business, like what I found at http://www.grandeshores.com. They seem to have something for just about everyone at this resort. Too bad I’ve used up all of my vacation days for this year, the beach sounds great. It has been a long, hot summer this year. Can’t imagine what we are in store for this winter!

MOVE – A Four Letter Word

I’ll never forget my grandfather warning me about buying a pick up truck. He warned me that owning a pick up truck just opens the flood gates for people to call on you for help with Moving Services as well as coming to their rescue for when their motorcycle breaks down on the side of the road. This man rarely was wrong on any subject and with this particular issue he was dead on, but that is OK as far as I’m concerned that is what friends and family are for. I have a lot of friends and come from a large family!

Moving Companies are a necessity when you have a large move on your hands. Some times a pick up truck just won’t do the trick and a large truck is a must. Now a days you can go online and get Moving Quotes with just a few quick key strokes and their are a good amount of qualified Movers that have been in business for a long time that are well established and are trustworthy as well. We have all heard horror stories about people’s stuff being damaged and or stolen during a move, that must really bite. But the Internet has made it possible for people to find the perfect match for their situation and times are a changing with all that the Internet provides for us. If a company gets a bad rep you can bet that it will be on the Internet as well.

So in the mean time you can still call me if you need my truck for a few short trips, but if it is more than it can handle I’d refer you to the World Wide Web and all that it has to offer in these types of situations.

Punch Buggies

This depression hasn’t stopped a good amount of people from purchasing new vehicles. I’m seeing so many new cars with the bright white temporary tags on them. A lot of the new toyota camry, mercury milan and porsche cayman are now hitting the streets. I’m guessing maybe people’s tax refund checks are coming in, hitting the bank and a new car is high on their wish list and people are seeing to it that their wishes are coming true. It’s been a rough couple of years for us all.

I have never been a big fan of buying a new car. Hell as soon as it pulls out of the parking lot of the dealership the darn thing depreciates at least one or two thousand dollars. It isn’t all that unusual to hear stories of people totalling their brand spanking new vehicle just trying to merge into traffic from their local dealership. I had a good friend that worked for a major insurance company as a Claims Adjuster, the stories that he would tell was always good for a laugh or two. People and their cars share a special bond that no one can get in between.

My sister has always been totally in love with the volkswagen beetle. Her first car was a “punch buggie” and has her eyes set on the volkswagen new beetle convertible and has been talking about purchasing one these past couple of months. Her tax check just came in and she is planning on spending it all on a new beetle, bright yellow. I can see her behind the wheel of one with her blond hair flying all over and a bright yellow flower in the vase, conveniently located right on the dashboard that the “new” beetles are so well known for having for this newest generation’s beetle fans.

I love the web!

Filed under: Family, Fun, Internet, Shopping, Technology and Gadgets, Travel — Copa @ 1:45 pm

Thanks for the article from Glenda Hanson

Vacation planned! Success. I love hughesnet internet. I’m finally using high speed internet orrs island now, as my previous land line provider was awful, and it is so nice to be able to get online and do what I need to do this easily. I was able to go on the web and score some cheap tickets to visit my family this summer just by trolling around various travel websites throughout the day and waiting for a sale (sorry boss).

Soooo much easier then when I used to have to call each airline individually. And since my mom wanted to get out of the city for a few days I read some travel reviews and hotel reviews and picked a cute B&B that’s a few hours away from her house for us to spend the weekend at. Not only that, but I’ve been searching for things to do in the area since then and I already have a mini list that I’m going to present to mom, and she can pick her favorites. Which hopefully will be my favorites – maybe I can guide her a little, lol. I’m counting down the days!

What A Wacky Season To Travel In For A Variety of Reasons

Filed under: Business, Fun, Internet, Shopping, Travel — Copa @ 6:01 pm

What a wacky summer season we have gotten into. What with the economy still in such a mess and people looking for ways to save money and yet still have some sort of entertainment during the summer months and most of the beaches on the east coast overflowing with oil due to BP’s nonsense people aren’t sure what to do and where to go. It is possible now to find cheap flights if you know what you are doing and can use the Internet to the best of it’s ability to get the best deal possible. There are plenty of sites to find good travel information that can make the task of finding the perfect get-a-way much easier these days.

Since so many of the beaches are being destroyed by all of the oil mess, a lot of people are flocking to Myrtle Beach this summer. I’m sure that it is next to impossible to find accommodations anywhere near that place at this point, even if you could find good affordable airline tickets to get there. Myrtle Beach has been advertising like crazy these past couple of years in an attempt to get people to come spend their money there and all it took was an oil spill, go figure.

It’s her bag, man

The wife is considering purchasing some Hartmann Luggage. She is tired of lending our luggage to our kids when they travel, and wants some to just keep for herself! And every time she lends some luggage to one of the kids, it is returned badly beat up. So it would be a nice change for her to have some new Luggage for her to use (and keep) when needed.

She has gone online and looked around to see what is out there these days and I have learned a lot about luggage, actually more than I’d ever need to know, these past couple of days. Personally I like the looks of the Briggs and Riley Luggage that we saw last night at Villageluggageandgifts.com. But it’s her choice and I know that she will find a good deal using her online shopping and bargaining skills.

Let It Snow

Filed under: Cars/Motorcycles/Trucks, Environment, Travel — Copa @ 6:32 pm

Well here we go again. We are supposed to be getting a lot more snow starting tomorrow sometime. My car still has over 2 feet of snow on it’s roof from the storm we got over the weekend. I’ve been driving my truck these past days, the roads are still a mess and I trust my truck a whole lot more than my little Honda in this type of weather.

Guess we will see what happens. It is February.

A Slower Pace

Filed under: General Living, Local, Travel — Copa @ 11:48 pm

When we moved down here a few years ago, I really felt that we were living out in the “boonies.”  After all, we live across the street from a farm.  When we look out the front room window we never know if we will be seeing cows, sheep, goats, or horses grazing in the pasture. Things move at a much slower pace around here, which isn’t really a problem, it’s kinda nice actually. I just wish that the snow removal on the roads went a little quicker. It’s been 2 days now since the last snow storm and the roads are still a complete mess. School was cancelled today because of the roads and tomorrow they are opening 2 hours late.

Tickets please

Filed under: Family, Friends, Fun, General Living, Internet, Shopping, Travel — Copa @ 11:35 pm

Speaking of the rodeos, Andy tells me that he has been thinking about buying some National Finals Rodeo tickets for next December.  He found a NFR Tickets plaza online that is already selling tickets for this big event!  Andy loves to vacation in Las Vegas, and he loves going to Rodeos, so this is a double the pleasure type of vacation for him!  He has invited us to join him, but he said it will have to be “Dutch Treat.”

Well, going online and seeing the price of the tickets to the rodeo was rather startling!  I’m not sure we could afford to go!  I’ll have to give Andy a phone call and see what price range he was thinking of!  And then we’ll have to iron out if we are going to be renting and sharing a condo, or staying in separate places.  We enjoy Andy’s company and all that, but his finances are in much better shape than ours are in right now and he can afford to take great fancy expensive vacations.  Until my insurance settlement money comes in we have to watch our pennies pretty closely and I feel rather uncomfortable gambling that we’ll have the money by then!

Rodeo Days

Filed under: Business, Family, Fun, Hobbies, Sports, Travel — Copa @ 10:56 pm

I remember when I was a kid, my uncle and his wife picked me up and put me in the back of their station wagon along with their brood of 5 kids, my cousins and was taken to the Houston Rodeo for the day. It was a bit scary at first. Everything was so large and exciting, larger than life like. But after the first initial shock wore off I was good to go and really had a blast for the rest of the day that we were there.

I gained a new respect for these folks who really put their health and their lives on the line to entertain the public and compete against each other. I’ve never been to another rodeo, but I do think about it from time to time. Like when I’m switching channels and I run across a rodeo taking place. I stop and watch for a few minutes, enjoying a few good memories and then move on. Or I see some rodeo going on in a movie or television show.

I’ve heard that they are starting to sell tickets to concerts at the Houston Rodeo and I’ve taken a fancy to the idea of taking the wife and a few other select members of the family to witness this fascinating sport. We haven’t done anything exciting like that in some time. Now that the holidays are all over and done with we need something to pump us up again. The Rodeo might be just what we need!

Bringing back memories of a vacation to Orlando

Filed under: Family, Fun, Internet, Travel — Copa @ 7:11 pm

My wife and I were talking about how much we’d like to go back to DisneyWorld when I recover from all of the surgeries that I need to have. It got me thinking about the Jammitors that we saw the last time we went down. They were really terrific! So I started looking on YouTube for them and found this video! It sure brings back great memories! I hope you enjoy the video too!

Taking Action for Safety

There has been a big push in our community to get people to purchase and install good quality mail boxes. The city is having the street numbers painted on the curbs in front of people’s residences, but they are also asking that the Residential Mailboxes and Commercial Mailboxes have the street numbers printed on them so that our emergency personnel can locate the proper address in a timely fashion.

At a time when every second counts, in the event of an emergency it is best to have everything in place to make the most out of what our taxes are being used for. There has been several times lately that our emergency personnel have not been able to get to where they need to be due to Mailboxes not having the name and proper address on them.

A mailbox can make a difference and I’d like to get the word out here in hopes that more people will take note and possibly save a few lives in the mean time. I’m very glad that our city council has stepped up to the plate and is taking action in this area.

Severe Weather Warnings

Filed under: Local, News, Shopping, Travel — Copa @ 11:41 pm

It looks like we are in for one heck of a snow storm this week end. Our local weather forecaster is calling for up to 10 inches that is supposed to start some time tomorrow evening. Guess we need to stock up on the necessary items at the grocery store and hunker down for a long cold weekend. This is going to make the last minute Christmas shopping a real nightmare for a lot of people. Glad that we have most of our holiday shopping done and just have to worry about having enough milk and toilet paper!

A Worthwhile Challenge

Filed under: Business, Family, Fun, Internet, Travel — Copa @ 11:31 pm

Don’t know why I was so surprised to find that Myrtle Beach has such a huge variety of Oceanfront Myrtle Beach Hotels to choose from. I’ve been spending a good amount of time online checking out the different packages that are available right now. There are some pretty decent prices that have me wanting to make a final decision and get the job done and over with so I can move on to other things that are needed to get done in order to have our family reunion squared away for next year.

The SeaSide Resort looks awfully good. It is a top notch Oceanfront Myrtle Beach Hotel with 4 star services that is located in North Myrtle Beach and is just footsteps away from the famous white sandy beaches that Myrtle Beach is so well known for. I’m still not quite sure how many family members are actually going to attend this reunion, which makes it a bit of a challenge, but what the heck, I’m up for a challenge!

Not just any Myrtle Beach Hotel will do for this group. We have a diverse group of people that all have different needs and wants, but I guess most families are that way these days. We have a few folks that are disabled and require special accommodations, while some of them are senior citizens that have special needs as well. Of course there will be several children attending and that opens up a whole new can of worms as well. A challenge indeed!

All Work & No Play

I’ve heard so many good things about the Myrtle Beach Hotel  - The Horizon at 77th, from numerous people through out the years. If every thing goes right next year I would really like to plan a long weekend at Myrtle Beach. It has been such a long time since I’ve been at a beach, so I think that I’m due at this point. My tax refund check should be enough to do a few things that I’ve been wanting to do and just haven’t had the extra bucks to throw at. All work and no play makes for a grumpy old man.

Using the Internet will make the task of making the Myrtle Beach Accommodations for the trip a much easier one. I’m surprised that travel agents are still in business these days with so many people going online for their arrangements. I’m sure I can get a good deal online if I play my cards right and find some good promotions ahead of time. If The Horizon at 77th doesn’t work out I’m sure that I can find another top notch Myrtle Beach Accommodation, one that offers a nice golf package would be a nice bonus.

Sunny and warm

Filed under: Family, Friends, Fun, General Living, Health, Travel — Copa @ 3:36 pm

The recent snowstorm and cold snap have certainly sparked my desires to go to one of the nice warm Oceanfront Myrtle Beach Resorts for a few weeks.  Although I’ve never been to any of the Myrtle Beach Resorts yet, I’ve been tempted by the many accolades that I hear from my friends and relatives from their vacations.

They love to send postcards from their Beach Resorts Myrtle Beach telling us how much fun they are having playing golf, going to shows or amusement parks, or just relaxing on the beach.  And they rave about the luxurious accommodations that they are enjoying.  I can certainly appreciate how hard it would be to leave such a place!  We’ve heard so many good things about vacationing there that my wife and I are putting it on the top of our list of vacation spots we want to try out when my injuries are better healed and I can spend more time enjoying life without having to spend so much of it sitting down.

My cousin the cowboy wanna-be

Filed under: Family, Fun, General Living, Travel — Copa @ 1:46 pm

Mary tells me that my cousin Ray is going to be buying some Houston Rodeo tickets for his family’s vacation Next March.  They want to get Action seats tickets and stay for the concert after the rodeo to see Brad Paisley perform.  Ray and his wife have been fans of Brad Paisley for a long time and have never seen him in concert before.  And they both love going to see rodeos, so this is a perfect situation for them!

Ray has already arranged to get the time off of work, and is looking into getting the best deal on a place to stay down there.  We have some relatives in the area, so he might even be able to work out a free place to stay.

Action seats tickets to the rodeo are the tickets to the best seats “in the house.”  They are right up in the front rows alongside the rodeo ring so you can see all of the great rodeo action up close!  And the seats come with free food and beverage to boot!

I have to admit that it sure sounds like a lot of fun!  I’ve always enjoyed watching a rodeo, and the Houston Rodeo is certainly one of the best ones you could ask for!

Oceanside vacation

Filed under: Family, Food, Fun, General Living, Travel — Copa @ 3:54 pm

Well my brother and sister have decided that they want to have a family reunion vacation this summer at a Myrtle Beach Resort.  My brother has spent several vacations over the past few years at various North Myrtle Beach Resorts and he thinks that the whole family could have a great time and catch up on some family visiting at the same time.  That way the family visiting won’t get too intense – the individual units could have their own suite at the North Myrtle Beach Resort and be able to do some activities that they enjoy on their own in addition to doing “big” family time.

I’ve been looking at the list of activities that are available to do in the area, and I think I’d love to see Dolly Parton’s Dixie Stampede show.  I’m sure my wife would love it to – she is a big horse fanatic!  And I’d like to see the Medieval Times Dinner show too.  We saw it once in Orlando and thoroughly enjoyed it, I’d love to have the chance to take my sister to see it too!

Relocating logisitics

Filed under: Cars/Motorcycles/Trucks, Family, General Living, Local, Shopping, Travel — Copa @ 4:45 am

When I meet new people around here, many of them ask me about where we used to live before we moved here and they ask about the logistics of how we got here.  This is such a transient area, it seems that people are always moving.  Living near the Washington DC area, I guess I shouldn’t be surprised.  There are a lot of government-related jobs that dictate that people move around!

Many people ask me which one of the moving companies we used to get all of our possessions here.  We moved from almost 700 miles away, and it was a major effort on our part to get here.  My wife and I had spent a lot of time trying to find one of the budget van lines to use to get our possessions down here, but in the end we decided to use a one way truck rental instead.  Nothing against any of the budget van lines; I’m sure that they are all well qualified.  It’s just that we decided to move in stages over a several month period of time, so it worked out best if we did it ourselves.

To many men, “going green” means going golfing!

Filed under: Family, Friends, Fun, General Living, Health, Sports, Travel — Copa @ 8:50 pm

My wife and I have been thinking about taking up golfing.  My wife says she used to play golf before we met, but she quit playing when she became pregnant with her last son (prior marriage.)  Something about working full time, taking college classes and raising a family left her precious little time to play golf!  Well now the kids are grown and I’d like take her on a vacation – just the two of us.

My doctor has recommended that I get more exercise, and my wife seems to think that I would enjoy learning how to play golf.  She has been talking to her brother about the possibility of him and his wife, and us, signing up for a Myrtle Beach Golf Package.  Myrtle Beach is close enough for us to drive to in a day, and there are a lot of Golf Packages Myrtle Beach options that we could choose from.  We could sign up for one of the Myrtle Beach Golf Vacations where we combine golfing with a hotel room, or we could stay with friends that live nearby and just sign up for tee times.

I love amusement parks

Filed under: Family, Fun, General Living, Internet, Travel — Copa @ 3:12 pm

As a child growing up in a remote area of New England, I did not have many opportunities to go to any amusement parks.  Now that I’m older and not dependent on my parents to drag me along to wherever they want to go (or not) for vacations, I really like to go places where there are amusement parks to go visit.  Don’t get me wrong, I don’t want to spend all day every day in an amusement park, but I like to spend SOME time there!

My wife says that she just discovered that there are several amusement parks near many Myrtle Beach Resorts.  One of them is a NASCAR amusement park!   She’s been trying to figure out what we could do on a vacation there if we accepted her parents invitation to joing them for a few days at the Myrtle Beach Resort that they have booked for their vacation.   I like NASCAR, so we’d have to check out that one!

She has also been looking at the many different websites of the different Myrtle Beach Hotels to see what amenities are included. She says she wants to have a place where the master bathroom has a private spa tub in it.

Vacation dreams

Filed under: Family, Fun, General Living, Internet, Travel — Copa @ 6:06 pm

My wife and I have been talking about things we’d like to do and see before we die.  My wife keeps telling me that she would love to go see the glaciers of Alaska.  She is fascinated by pictures she has seen of the glaciers and would like to see them for herself.  I’ve even caught her looking on the Internet for information on Denali Park and other things to do on an Alaska Travel vacation.

She tells me that her grandmother has told her that she has cousins that live in Alaska, and she’s been thinking it would be nice to look them up while tying it into a Travel Alaska trip. Maybe even go on a whale watching and glacier cruise with the cousins. I’ve told her to try to pull it all together and see how much it would all cost and then we’ll talk about it and see if we can work it out.

I think it would be a lot of fun to travel around North America a little bit. I’ve always wanted to do that, and as I get older, my feet are getting itchier every day. I’d absolutely love to go to Toronto this September and buy some Rogers Center Tickets to the U2 concert. I’ve never been to Toronto, but that is one of the cities I’d like to see. From what I hear, I have some distant cousins living near Toronto, and they could act as tour guides to the area. That would be a lot of fun!

And I’d love to go to Houston Texas and buy some Toyota Center Tickets to the Eric Clapton concert this June! I’ve always wanted to see Eric Clapton in concert, and I’m a little bit jealous that my wife has seen him in concert before we met. She said it was one of the best concerts she had ever been to, so I would love to see him!

Our old neighbors became snowbirds recently and migrate to Miami Florida every winter. They’ve invited us to come visit them next winter and stay for a few days. I’ll have to check out what concerts might be playing in Miami for me to buy some American Airline Arena Tickets so we can see a good show while we are down there.

Our son “J” has a good friend “P” that goes to Brown University. They don’t get to see each other as often as they would like, because our son goes to Princeton. Whenever “J” gets the chance to go to Boston to visit with “P” he jumps at the opportunity to go. “P” is approaching graduation, and has had several job offers that he is considering that would keep him right in Boston. “J” and “P” really enjoy Boston a lot, and “P” has invited “J” to help him look at some Boston Condos and Boston Lofts that he is interested in renting or buying if he decides to stay there.

“P’s” father is a very wealthy man, and he is setting up an appointment with “P” and “J” to go look at the luxury condos and lofts with an agent of the Bushari Group Real Estate. Hopefully they will find something that they like close to where “P” would be working, but close to public transportation as well.

Mardi Gras in Orlando

Filed under: Family, Fun, General Living, Health, Travel — Copa @ 5:43 pm

My sister is taking my daughter to Orlando today.  They are flying down to spend the week in my sister’s time share condo in Orlando.  I’m green with envy; I love to go to Orlando!  It is one of my favorite vacation spots.  Unfortunately I have had to postpone my vacation plans due to some medical issues that I need to deal with.  As much as I love going on vacation, I just am not in any shape to go anyplace spectacular right now.  So I will just have to live vicariously through my sister and daughter’s vacation for now!

I know that they are planning to take in all of the great theme amusement parks, and some of the great dinner shows that feature spectacular stunts and horses.  I really loved going to them the last couple of times I went to Florida!

One of my favorite theme parks to go to is Universal Studios Orlando.  They have some really great shows!  The last time I went there it was with my wife and we had such a great time going to see the shows.  My wife isn’t a big fan of thrill rides, so she sat out the rides while I went on a few without her.  We’ve never made it over to Islands of Adventure park because we keep hearing that it is mostly roller coaster rides and my wife really has no interest in doing any of those.  Maybe if we heard that they had some good shows there to see we would head over there the next time we go there.

My sister tells me that the Universal Studios has a Mardi Gras celebration that puts other Mardi Gras celebrations to shame, and that they are planning to spend a day or two at the Studios at Islands of Adventure that they want to go to the Mardi Gras.  I’ll be interested to hear what they have to say about the celebration; what they see and what they do.  I’ll bet they have a great time!

Nearing retirement

Filed under: Family, Friends, General Living, Shopping, Travel — Copa @ 6:58 pm

As we are approaching our retirement years, we talk from time to time about how we can best afford to retire.  We keep hearing about how many people we know seem to manage to move to other countries where the American dollar is strong and they can live like kings on less money than we are using to live very modestly.  Some of of friends tell us that they can afford nice homes in Retirement Communities in Mexico AND hired help to tend the lawns and clean their houses, and they have less money coming in than we do!

One of our friends, Jeff sent me the link to one of the Mexico Retirement Communities spots that he is thinking about buying that is oceanfront property on Banderas Bay.  I was checking it out; it is an American developed community of resort apartments in towers that are on the west coast of Mexico.  I was viewing the pictures on the tour, and the place looks absolutely spectacular!

Jeff has invited us to fly out there with him and his wife to check out some Retirement Communities Mexico.  He has offered to pay all of our expenses to go with them.  How can we refuse an offer like that?  So now my wife and I have to pull out our calendars and see when would be a good time to go out there.  I’m going to want to do some research about the climate and see if there is a better time to go, or any time to avoid.

I’ve always wanted to go to Mexico, and this seems like a great opportunity to do just that!

Now if we could only get the Metro rail station to extend out to Gainesville!  That would be really great!

Planning a Florida vacation

Filed under: Business, Family, Fun, General Living, Travel — Copa @ 10:06 am

I am really looking forward to the next time we can take a Florida vacation.  My wife and I have discussed the eventuality of actually moving to Florida, and we think it would be a smart thing to take some vacations around the state and see what areas interest us the most.  We would love to retire, but we don’t think that we can actually afford to do that yet, so we would like to move to an area where there really is a good economy (if there IS such a thing) and a good job market.  (Again, if there IS such a thing!)

One of the areas that we would like to check out is the Daytona area.  Daytona is supposed to be a nice beach, and since I love to watch the races, Daytona would be really attractive to me as a destination; I’d be going to the races a lot!  And Daytona is relatively close to DisneyWorld, although not exactly in it’s backyard, it is a reasonable commute.

One of the towns near Daytona that we are thinking about checking out is New Smyrna Beach.  It is just about a twenty minute drive from Daytona, and about an hour from DisneyWorld.  So we are trying to find a good deal on some new smyrna beach rentals by using the rentaloo.com website.  Their website is one of the largest resources on the Internet for finding vacation rentals across the globe.  Say that they have a “worry free guarantee” but I haven’t been able to find out the details of that guarantee; so I think I’ll send them an email and ask them about it.

I was looking at the Smyrna Beach listings and found some that said that they were near Downhill skiing.  I didn’t realize that Florida even HAD downhill skiing!  I’d like more information on that, too, so I’ll be asking them for details on the downhill skiing attractions that are supposed to be nearby Smyrna Beach!  I think it would be cool t go downhill skiing in Florida!
