My mother-in-law owns a hybrid car. My wife and I are pretty jealous about that. We’ve been wanting a Prius Hybrid of our own for several years now. We love the great fuel efficiency that it gets. We are always hearing about how my mother-in-law gets 50 miles per gallon with her car. Don’t get me wrong; we get pretty good gas mileage with our own cars, but with the price of gasoline going up again, it makes my blood boil how much of our money goes into our gas tanks!
My mother-in-law has always been one to buy high quality cars. My wife says that she remembers that not very long ago that her mother had a chrysler 300. She doesn’t remember what year it was, but she does remember that her mother loved it. And my wife said that she remembers that it was a very nice and comfortable riding car.
My wife has shopped for a chrysler from time to time when she needed a new car but found them to be priced too high for her budget, so she never had the chance to own one herself.
As for me, well my dream car is the audi r8. I like to fantasize that when all of the nonsense about settling the accident case with the insurance company is said and done that I’d have enough money to guy a great car like that! The more info I read about that car the better I like it! But with the price tag on that car, I’d have to not just get a good insurance settlement, I’d have to win the lottery too!

A friend of mine sent me a video from Youtube that was showing a man killing a deer with his bow. It was a large buck, and just moments after he shot it a second large buck came along. The video was claiming that the second buck was coming to fight the buck that was shot but I don’t think that’s the case at all. I think that the deer were caged deer, and tame to start with. In all possibilities the second buck was coming to see if the dead one was really dead. When the hunter shot the first buck, the buck walked around for a few moments before falling down, then got up and fell down again. I thought that was rather sad. I’m glad I only hunt with a camera! My wife would not approve of my hunting to kill!

My wife complains that I wear too much cologne when we go out together. She tells me that the smell is so strong it makes her gag! I’ve tried to cut back, but I love the smell of a nice cologne! Whenever we go out shopping together and we are walking past the perfume counter of the department store I like to stop and smell the different brands. I try to get my wife to help me pick out which ones she likes so I can be sure to buy the ones she won’t complain about, but she tells me that they are all so expensive that she’d rather not buy any of them.
And then at Christmas, or my birthday, what do you suppose happens? Yes, I end up unwrapping several different fragrance gifts! My aunt always sends me a gift box full of Brut, and I’m sure to get other fragrances from other people as well. And then my wife (naturally) takes the opportunity to point out to me that I didn’t need to be shopping for them myself because I always get plenty for gifts!

A good friend of mine is struggling to make ends meet and met with a HUD agent to talk about how they can try to keep from losing his house. The family is having bad luck with job losses and bad health and they are facing some tough decisions. They had to rely on credit cards to sustain their household and pay for expensive medicines while trying to find new jobs and now they are faced with not being able to pay their mortgage and their credit card bills.
No matter what they do at this point their credit will be ruined. They are thinking that they may end up having to stop paying their credit card bills – simply default on them. I don’t know if the credit card companies can sue them or not over that! But their only other choice is to stop making their house payments. And they need a place to live! What a dilemma!
