It should be illegal
In my previous post about that credit card charge on the balance transfer fee, I did call the credit card company last night and they said it was not a mistake, and that they can charge me a higher rate on the transfer fee! I have to say that this is a very sleazy maneuver, and I am outraged! As soon as I can pay off that card and close that account, I will be doing that! I cannot believe that the government allows them to do that sort of thing! I think I’m going to call my local television station consumer watch department and talk to them about that! That should be an interesting story!
