Looking for employment options
My wife and I have been taking a hard look at our finances the past couple of weeks. As you may or may not know, I was badly injured in a car accident last fall and was out of work for a long time. I have not been receiving any income while out of work, and we have been struggling to make ends meet.
When we moved down here she was reluctant about the possibility of us being self employed because it is a lot of hours – we were self employed in New England. But some of these franchises sound like they could work for us because I have the time to do the work – my physical limitations revolve around limited mobility that we could do a work-around with this. But she has been looking for work for over two years now and can’t seem to find anything! Everyone says she is over-qualified! So now she is going to go ahead and try a self-employment approach and try to start a Personal Chef business. I hope it works! She’s a good cook.
