Happy endings
A few days ago my sister asked me what my favorite dessert is. Oh my goodness, what could I say? I love lemon meringue pie. But I also love strawberry shortcake. And oh my oh my, let’s not forget cheesecake! Oh, and white chocolate cheesecake ice cream with raspberry topping! Oh dear, oh dear, I can’t make up my mind at all! I think it depends on the season!
I think during the early summer I like strawberry shortcake when the local strawberries are ripe. Then when it gets hotter, I like to move on to white chocolate cheesecake ice cream with raspberry topping to cool me off! Then in the fall I like to move on to lemon meringue pie. Wintertime is cheesecake time. So, there, my favorite desserts are seasonal!
