Provincetown vacations

My wife and I have been invited to join my sister this summer for a week on the Cape.  Her treat!  She just got a great promotion and raise in pay last week and wants us to help her celebrate with a summer vacation week on the beach!  It’s been over a year since my wife has seen her, and she’s very excited about the opportunity to have a vacation week with her.

She has found a great deal on Provincetown vacations on the vacationrentals.com website.  We’ll be renting a condo because we really enjoy the amenities of home when we are on vacation instead of just renting a small motel room.  It’s so much easier to relax when you have more rooms and more space!  And, it’s usually more economical, too!

Capping executive pay

I heard that President Obama has mandated that there will be a cap of $500,000 annual salary for the CEOs of the companies that are getting federal bail out money.  I think that is entirely reasonable – in fact, I think that should be the cap for ALL CEOs throughout the USA!  That is plenty of money for a person to live more than comfortably!  It would be nice if some of those big bucks “trickled down” to the non-management laborers and first and second level managers.  That would REALLY stimulate the economy!
