Stress management

There is no doubt about it.  Stress can be detrimental to your emotional and physical health.  It can effect all of your relationships; home, social, and work.  Unfortunately, today’s economical climate in the world is very stressful to many, if not most, of us.  I was reading on the stressinstitute.com website about all of the negative effects stress can have on the human body.

There is no doubt that if we want to remain healthy and live a long time that we need to learn how to manage stress.  This website has many resources designed to help us learn to manage stress.  They offer courses and motivational keynote speaker services to companies and organizations for them to help their employees manage stress.  The Stress Institute was founded and is run by Dr. Kathleen Hall, who is an internationally recognized expert on stress and stress management.

Exciting game

The game last night was extremely exciting!  I thought the Steelers would win, then the Cards made a great comeback, and then the Steelers stole the game at the last minute!  Very exciting!  I woke up my wife with all of the whooping an hollering in the last few minutes of the game!

She was very annoyed with me for waking her up because she had to get up early to go to work this morning; and she’s still annoyed with me today because she is so tired.  She says she might never “let me” watch another Superbowl again!

What a game!
