Arnie has been looking for a good health insurance policy to buy since they moved to Georgia.  They have several friends and relatives who have taken ill that had no coverage and know that it has caused them great hardship.  I told them to check out the Coventry Health Insurance Agency.  Coventry will give them free quotes from several different health insurance companies and help them find the policy that best fits their needs and budget.  I told him that if he wants to check them out on line I’d send him an email with their link, which is:  Coventry Healthcare Georgia.

I heard from Eddie last night that our friend Arnie moved to Georgia. He and his wife had been talking about moving there for several years, and now they’ve gone ahead and moved. His wife has a job lined up at the local Sears store, but Arnie is looking for work now. Eddie gave me Arnie’s new phone number and I gave him a call. He says he loves it there, and he thinks that he will be able to find a job quickly, he’s actually had a couple of offers, and he’s not sure which one to take. He has to make up his mind by the end of the weekend!

Now that I am starting to become active in the local Elks and Masons, I am going to need to go through my clothes and make sure that all of my nice clothes still fit.  I’m pretty sure that my tuxedo will be called to duty several times in the near future.  I can’t seem to find my cuff links that I usually wear with my tuxedo, so I think I’m going to have to buy some new ones.  My wife suggested that I buy a pair of Unique Cufflinks from www.tateossian.com.  She said that our son bought a really nice set of luxury cuff links made out of really unusual materials from them and that they really look great.  She said that even though they are very modern looking, they also have a classic appeal to them.  So I guess I’ll check them out!

In the last three to four weeks I have gotten about nine calls or pamphlets in the mail of people wanting to sell me fertilizer for my lawn.  It’s definitely that time of year!  Everybody wants to give you some sort of deal; but they want to lock you in so that they come five or six times.  You really only need to fertilize your lawn twice a year; you most definitely need weed and bug control, but not five or six times.  At least I never have!  And I’ve had a lot of lawns!  Nonetheless, I will choose someone to come and put down my fertilizer so that I can continue to mow the heck out of my lawn so it stays nice and green all year long!
