It’s definitely that time of year! Everywhere I go, I see people have mended their fences. I can tell because the wood hasn’t been painted black or white (as the case may be.) It seems that even though we had a mild winter, we had a lot of high winds, and several car accidents where people went off the road and through a fence! But now they are all fixed, except for the paint!
